Felicity Oakes sang two songs from her Year 12 VCE program, Felicity Oakes sang two songs from her Year 12 VCE program, "A Blackbird Singing" and "Can't Help Lovin' that Man" from "Showboat". She sang beautifully as usual, and was warmly applauded by the audience. One audience member was heard to say that "A Blackbird Singing was so beautiful and sad that he was brought near to tears by Felicity's rendition. Felicity was accompanied by Sharon Leppard, her VCE Music teacher and longtime faithful member of Sheppstrings and GVCO.

Barry Roberts was part of the Clarinet Quartet that performed. All members were from Kyabram. Barry's performance dazzled the audience to the point where we could barely see him for the light!!!
